Preparation
All furniture, items, and floors, landscaping are covered with clean drop cloths. Walls and ceilings are inspected for cracks, filled, and sanded. All baseboards, windows, and frames are professionally taped. Exterior siding and trim will be caulked and also repaired if necessary. Exterior will be power washed and hand wire brushed as needed to prepare surface for proper paint or stain adhesion.

Painting
This includes meticulous priming before applying two coats of high quality paint.

Cleaning and Restoration
Rooms are returned to their prior state. This includes the moving of furniture. Tape is removed. Floors and carpets are swept and vacuumed. Paint fumes are removed. All debris is removed.

Inspect
Post-painting inspection of work. Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Inspect our work before we consider the job complete.
